SOCAP South African membership is open to anyone who works in the consumer affair profession, or related areas. We have various membership categories:

• Professional Membership, Individuals involved in the consumer affairs function of a business or business-sponsored organisation.
  Membership fee: R 2100.00 per annum.

• Nominated Membership, This membership category is aimed at allowing up to 3 employees in a company to obtain membership at a discounted rate and is dependant on the company having a fully paid up Professional Member registered with SOCAP.
  Membership fee: R 600.00 per annum.

• Associated Membership, Individuals involved in consumer affairs in non-business fields such as government or education.
  Membership fee: R 900.00 per annum.

• Reciprocal Membership, Individuals involved in local and international special interest groups who are employed or engaged by no-for-profit consumer organisations.
  Membership fee: No Charge.
